Because of the stresses of my first convention, my awesome friend Monica was kind enough to throw me some guest art!  She is a fantastic artist and one of my favorite friends.  Her line work is so detailed, I am seriously jealous of her inking ability.  I hope you like her take on Clue and Wallace.  If you do, she sells a cornucopia of art and onesies on her etsy site, which I heartily recommend you check out.

Speaking of Wallace, I just finished cutting a foam-core cut out of your favorite putto with a speech impediment.  I will get a good picture online as soon as possible.  It is the best way to find me at APE, the Alternative Press Expo in San Francisco which is going on this very weekend.  I will be at table 257!

I was prepping for APE all last night, so I wanted to give you a run down on what I’ll have that’s new.

First are these puppies. I apologize in advance because I took these with my iPhone.

Limited edition prints!  I’m only selling 14 of these babies, what doesn’t sell at APE will be for sale online. Numbered and signed on cover stock. Here’s a closeup:

1. Eros Inc. Chapter One – Wave Helman. The first chapter of this very webcomic you’re reading right now. Watch as Mot is hired to be the Cupid of Silver Lake and match the popped collar Wave Helman.
2. Love Lines – An autobiographical comic about my first relationships (specifically my first girlfriend, my first kiss and my first date). Embarrassing and true.
3. Audubon – A short comic about birdwatchers arguing in Big Sur. My attempt to channel Preston Sturges or some such filmmaker.
4. The Man at Grier’s Fountain – A short comic about a thirsty hobo.
5. Stories from Eros Inc. “Betty Baker.” A free comic about Mot and Clue matching someone. I will give you a sneak hint as to what’s inside. Ready? Clue has hand puppets.
