First off, I have a week of guest comics up at Ataraxia Theatre. Joe Hewitt, the author, just had a baby and asked if different artists would be willing to take over his pages.  So this week (and I think Monday too) you’ll see mine.  His comic is a lot of fun – a sprawling sci-fi story with mechs and short skirts.  I had a blast writing and drawing these comics for him, so go check them out.

I hope everyone had a good weekend.  “Construction” work continued yesterday on our apartment – and by construction, I mean painting and installing lights.  Our apartment, affectionately called Treehouse Bunker, got a whole lot bunker-y yesterday.  Let me explain: when you open the door to our apartment, you actually have to go down a flight of stairs to get to our living room/bedroom/bathroom.  Then when you look out our back window, you can only see trees since our apartment building was built on a hill.  To give it more of a bunker look, we put in these cool IKEA lights and painted an entire wall red on which we’ll place some art and stuff.

Pictures on Wednesday.
