Match Made

Weekend was nice.  Spent it either playing video games or working on comics while watching episodes of Avatar or Gilmore Girls.  DON’T JUDGE ME.

Also caught the midnight show of Dark Crystal, which was great.  The movie is so ridiculous when you watch it in your living room, but the film is quite terrifying on the big screen.  Like, a wide-awake nightmare.  Kudos, Jim Henson.  Bring on the sequel!

Wondering what’s going on?  It may be best to start at the beginning.

Stumble this!

I normally don’t click banner ads because they usually lead to crap. But dang, this is a good thing you have got going here. Keep it up, I’m actually excited to see where this goes.

side note to comic: I wouldn’t have chosen the waitress either.

Yeah, I got here through a banner ad too. I wasn’t sure what to expect (online sex shop, maybe?), but I figured, “Hey, Project Wonderful has never steered me wrong before. I’ll give it a shot.” I’m glad I did because this comic looks awesome! I can’t wait to see where it goes.

@James and Heather - Thanks guys! I’m glad you took the risk and you’re sticking around.

I should put up a disclaimer: “Not a sex shop.”

I also got here through a Project Wonderful banner. I like! Putting on my rss feed so I’ll be able to follow along.

Aaah, so being Cupid is about more than just hooking people up; it’s about making them better people. Way cool!
Also: A sequel to the Dark Crystal would be sweet, but a PREquel might work too. Just throwin’ that out there.

There’s actually a sequel in the works! “The Power of the Dark Crystal” directed by the creator of Samurai Jack with Jim Henson puppeteering.
Though I agree with you, I’d love to see a prequel. Why did those beings split and then decide to leave as soon as they’re whole? It makes no sense.

    SAMURAI JACK
    AWESOME. XD
And - I really really like where this is going. The story is getting deeper all the time!
    DAG yo, I’m excited. xD
